Strategic Plan Editor

The Strategic Plan Editor is used to capture and maintain the data for strategic plans. You can configure the editor to suit your needs and capture data for any instance you choose.
Usage
Use the editor define the status of a project, capture supported business objectives, stakeholders, planned changes for items such as business processes, applications, group actors, and technology products, dependencies on other plans, and any other data that is required for your needs.
You can update data in numerous ways, radio buttons for plan statuses, select the + to add stakeholder details, or the “Update x…” button for other instances.
To edit information for instances, select the pencil icon. Here you can update details for the Change Action, Rationale behind this, and the project implementing this change.
Editor Setup
If this editor does not appear in your editor list in the viewer, you can add it from the Editor Library. In the Editor Builder, select ‘Add From Library…’ and filter for Strategic Plan Editor. This will add the baseline editor, you can then configure it to suit your requirements.
