The Business Performance Model shows how the business is performing in terms of its drivers, business objectives and the measurement of its key performance indicators(KPIs).
What
Shows the relationships between business drivers, business objectives and the measures or key performance indicators(KPIs) used to measure.
Usage
This view allows you to have an overview of all the organisation’s business objectives, the supporting goals, how they are measured, the fulfilment target date, the owning organisational group and the supporting drivers in a single pane.
