No Surprises – Maintaining a Low Cost Platform means some things you may need to pay for
To maintain a low-cost platform we rely on self-service as much as possible. We have a standard contract, and for security we maintain an ISO27001 folder that we provide access to as part of the procurement process, which answers pretty much most questions we get asked. We are happy to discuss minor queries and additions without charge.
However, some clients prefer us to use their own contracts, to complete their cyber questionnaires and/or to work with external cyber partners, and in these cases we charge.
Additionally, if we are asked to participate in an RFP process we will charge, either for an upfront reasonable costs fee or on higher priced no-win, no-fee basis.
