It highlights that as organisations grow, managing technology decisions, usage, and business processes becomes more complex, leading to increased risks and costs. As organisations become more complex they advocate for the use of EA guides, individuals trained in EA who can navigate the specific needs of a business, providing a force multiplier effect, and the use of an EA Management tool to streamline complex data and enhance decision-making for business success.
