These are designed to improve user experiences, deliver personalised services, and facilitate efficiency in service delivery. However, it is important to understand that AI technology has its limitations and cannot fully replicate human judgement or intuition.
Editors and views may present you with the opportunity to utilise AI. In every instance, the specific data that will be transmitted to the API will be clearly outlined, and you will be given the option to enable the use of AI. By default, AI will not be enabled in any views or editors.
By accessing the Platform and enabling AI, you accept and agree to this disclaimer and our Fair Use Policy, as well as other terms and conditions of the Platform. You acknowledge that:

- You are responsible for the proper handling, security, and use of any company data used within the Platform. We shall not be held responsible for any mismanagement or misuse of your company data.
- Fair use terms include limitations on the volume of requests made to the Platform. Excessive requests exceeding these limitations constitute a breach of our Fair Use Policy. In the event of such breach, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the AI functionalities.
- You agree to use the AI functionalities fairly, appropriately and legally, as outlined in our Fair Use Policy. Any misuse or abuse of these functionalities may lead to the suspension or termination of your access to these functionalities
