We are setting this view for portraying Interface Catalog ( App to App interfaces).

What is the best way to capture the Hops related to each interfaces?

Any pointer would be helpful.

One really important thing to remember is that you should define the depends on for each application, e.g. if I am capturing Application A, in the dependency architecture (Application Dependencies slot) only define the applications which Application A depends on ( is downstream from) .

If Application Y depends on Application A then define that in Application Y's dependency architecture, not is Application A's. If you don't do this and model everything in Application A's dependency architecture then, whilst the viewer can cope, if you open Application Y's dependency architecture, you won't see Application A - it's a limitation of protege.

For cloud users, this issue doesn't exist if you use the Application Dependencies form - you can drag on dependencies on both sides. If you can't see the form on your homepage (under your viewers) then let us know and we'll switch it on for you
