I'm having problems with Essential Import Utility from excel,
I would like to create, through the import, an application provider connected to an application service.
I do not understand if I have to create a derived instance, and if so, what should I put in the derived ID fields, and Derived Instance Name.
Also I do not understand the usefulness of primitive slots.

If you register for Essential Launchpad, which launched today, see https://enterprise-architecture.org/ess ... nchpad.php, you will get the import spec to do this and it is free. It will save you having to specify the import spec and gives you the basic link from application to service, plus some other classes.
