Porting the platform
Hi, just curious if you had thought of porting your platform onto another software stack, or if you would be supportive of a port. It would be interesting, for example, to define the metamodel and instances outside of protoge and onto something like neo4j or rethinkdb with the application part running a combination of angular2/nodejs.

Yes, we've certainly had many discussions within the team on this but it's a non-trivial exercise. There are many aspects to what we gain from Protege beyond just persisting the data that make it very attractive. A hybrid solution with Protege at the back back end but a new front end client looks seems like the most likely scenario right now.
We're reviewing this all the time though. Any particular reason you ask?
