Create a Roadmap and then associate the strategic plans with the roadmap. Once you have done this, the roadmap catalogue opens with strategic plans tied to the roadmaps and the strategic roadmap view will work too.

Launchpad adds or updates data only. It won't delete. You should delete from your repository if you want to remove something.
Launchpad is only a way to bulk load/update data, maintenance should be in the tool itself.

Two things to look at : 1) Can you open the viewer and change the XSL= path in the URL to common/utils/core_util_recursion_finder_group_actor.xsl and see if there is any recursion going on, you'll see as the orgs will be nested. Sorry, you have to do them one by one for now. We are looking at removing the need for this step by pulling from the NIST API, we've done a PoC and got it working but there are some potential limitations we're looking at. Unfortunately we have no date for release for this yet.

Can you confirm which version of the meta model you are using please? Look in the Class Tree under About_Essential > Meta_Model_Version
Also can you let us know what version of Viewer you have? Open viewer and in the bottom right-hand corner, there is a version number there
