Hi,

The error seems to not be with Essential but rather another application that uses the library ssojho64.dll
# Problematic frame:
# C [ssojho64.dll+0x13cc6]
Do you have Oracle Single Sign On installed? If so, does shutting this down (not just pausing) resolve this issue?

A search on Google for "ssojho64.dll" returns a number of Java issues with this library but unfortunately, not much in the way of answers.

Let me know

Neil
