Hello,
We are using Essential APIs intensively, but the password of the technical userid expires regularly. Is there a way to not be obliged to change the password of technical users?
Thanks in advance for your help.
Kind regards,
Thierry
Is there a way to get an API user without password expiration?

Hi,
If you contact Essential Support then they can set passwords to not expire for API accounts.

They will just need to know which accounts should be set to not expire. Just so you know, setting this will force a password reset so any existing usage will cease to work until you update the password at your end.
Cheers
