Who is logged in to Essential Cloud?

Is there a capability to monitor users currently logged into our Essential Cloud tenant and what repository they are using?
This will be useful to know as we are exploring how best to utilize the 3 repositories.
If we use Pre-Production as the main editing repository and the Sandbox repository as truly a sandbox, then we would copy Pre-Production to Sandbox, overwriting what was there. However, we have multiple users who may be editing Sandbox.
