"Apply System Updates" console incorrectly shows applied updates

When using the "Apply System Updates" configuration page, the "Applied" column incorrectly show updates as applied ("Yes") regardless of the repository selected if they have been applied to any other repository. This makes tracking the applied updates per repository much more complex and could be taken to show updates are applied when they are not.

The page should either:
1. Show the updates applied to the selected repository, and only the selected repository
2. Clearly indicate how a user is expected to track the applied updates per repository

Thanks for raising this. It's a known issue but we do have plans in place to improve this however we have some other dependent work to complete before we can address this. We hope to have this improved later in the year.
