Technology Views not displaying data as expected

Hello.
As I delve further into Essential Cloud, beyond the Launchpad Import, I am finding the following in our Essential Cloud & Essential Viewer tenant.

View: Technology Product Catalogue by Component
• Show by Component - is empty
• Show by Capability - is working
• Show by Vendor - is empty
• Show by Table - is working


View: Technology Component Catalogue by Name
• Show by: Name - is working

View: Technology Component Catalogue as Table
• Show by: Table - is working

Please advise how to get these views working.

There may be a data issue, having seen you previous post. Can you contact support and give them permission to access the tenant so they can see what the problem is.

Hello.
Support ticket resolved the issue.
There was a hidden character in a Product that was created during the Launchpad Import. The Launchpad Technology Product item had a hidden Carriage Return in the name so it would display nicely in the column.
