Hi there,
I'm trying to populate the Business Process RTO/RPO Mapping. The application RPO/RTO's show no problems but I can't seem to find the fields to populate the Business Process RPO and RTO.
If someone could point me in the right direction I would appreciate it. We are using the cloud version of the Viewer.

Hi,
On business process you populate the business criticality field, which is linked to the required RTO/RPO of an application and so populates the view. There is not an RTO/RPO field on business process.
