[Metamodel] Change Request : Allow Multiple Cardinality for Business_Domain & Information_Domain in Information Concept

Currently in the metamodel :
The requested change is aligned with the ongoing change for Business Domain - Business Capability and will allow more flexibility for modelling Information domain as specific domain per se.
