View:Strategy Planner

Hello!
I am trying to build working strategy planner view.
I have started with creating business capabilities I see the published in the view.
Then I created value streams documanting value stages via capabilities.
I do not see value streams in the Strategy Planner view though I do see them via Value Streams view.
Are there any prerequisites? Should I provide metrics to display Customer Service/Experiense/Emotion heatmap? If yes, please explain how do I do this.
