Dont Publish Repository from essensitial Viewer

Hi

I am new for enterprise architecture. I created a metamodel. When I publish from essential viewer tab, I take this error "Failed to send snapshot to the Report Service : Essential Viewer ReportService could not be found at this URL.". How I can pass this step

Server Apache Tomcat 9.0
Windows 10 desktop
client setup
