We cannot spot why the user sites and user locations not appearing.
Do note IT Asset Dashboard view shows the applications based on the BU selection (organisation) also
Application Deployment Summary also working.

In this view the role Application User is used to identify the Applications that are used by organisations and the link to their site and location. If you are doing it manually you will need to set up an actor (the org) to role (Application User) relation and map it to the application.
Alternatively, as you have the APM pack, you could use the APM import specification that I sent you on 1/8 and this will set up the roles for you.
