How to show capabilities from both provider & consumer perspective?

As an example, Airline reservation system contains capability "Book flight". However, this capability can be accessed thru multiple channels such as "Mobile", "Online", "Airline Counter", "3rd party" ...
When we are mapping applications to capabilities, do we need to map consuming channels too? If we don't, then how do we keep track of impact of changing a capability (by provider) to its consumer?

Alternate way of saying is, currently, Essential is supporting capability relationships as a tree. In some scenarios, capabilities may have matrix type relation. (One axis is functionality like Book flight and another axis is consuming channels like Mobile, Online ...)
