Does your software is compatible with the latest version of the Protege server - 4.2? Thank you.
No, Essential Architecture Manager does not work with Protege 4.
Protege 3 and Protege 4 are rather different code-bases and Protege 4 lacks several important capabilities that Protege 3 provides. Note that Protege 3 is still an actively-developed platform.

Essential Architecture Manager does work with the latest version of Protege 3 - version 3.4.8, which was released in January 2012.
