Hi,
The error seems to not be with Essential but rather another application that uses the library ssojho64.dll
A search on Google for "ssojho64.dll" returns a number of Java issues with this library but unfortunately, not much in the way of answers.
Let me know
Neil

Do you have Oracle Single Sign On installed? If so, does shutting this down (not just pausing) resolve this issue?# Problematic frame:
