File ext/shared/ess_set_up_manager.xsl not found.
Is there any place where I can download the file 'ess_set_up_manager.xsl' or the entire shared folder?

If you are a Cloud/Docker user this is in the View Library > Support area.
Note this doesn't work in Open Source.

Ah, Sorry Terry. The meta-model and views are the same, but the technology is quite different
