[Share] Simple Table view from Application to Location

Hi all,
After past weeks' learning and adopting, attached is my first xsl which is based on one simple use case - after modeling both application and location, show them into one table view. -- this view is not easily gotten from Application Deployment Summary view.
It's just the draft version, so not looks neat, but hope to share with you in case you may have similar scenario.
