Hi all,
I am facing an issue the import utility. When I manage the Import Activities and reach Part 3. "Test Import" I am able to
1. "Refresh from Production" and 2. "Run the import successfully" but after step 2 is complete I am unable to do anything else, the buttons are all greyed out (See image). Has anyone come across this issue? Please note: my environment is set up using multiuser mode with a server.

Hi,
This isn't something we've noticed before. Perhaps an incompatibility or a recent software change we've made has caused this.
Can you provide some details of the setup and we'll try to recreate this:
Operating System
Java Version
Tomcat Version
Import Utility Version
Database and version
Thanks
Neil
