I'm trying to find any information on the API interfaces for the OpenSource version.
I have looked through the documentation but I'm not finding anything.

Hi Declan,
Essential Open Source offers a basic REST API for the Import Utility to perform automated imports of XML/CSV/Excel. Essential Cloud/Docker offers a full sophisticated REST API for interacting with data and the platform. Due to platform constraints, we are not able to offer a full REST API for Essential Open Source.
I've attached a link to the documentation which covers the Import Utility API in Open Source.
