Unable to read cvefile.json to user folder

Hi

The NIST file cvefile.json (after extracting and renaming from the https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/data-feeds#JSON_FEED download) has been copied to /webapps/essential_viewer/user folder but we are getting a 404 error and the page has the message 'No cvefile.json found in user folder, please download a cve file and put in user folder'. Is there any additional configuration required?

We found our website instance was corrupt. We recreated the instance from the latest WAR file to fix the issue.
