Hi,

I am new the Essential Architecture Manager, I try to instal this program. But I did not pass the "specify Protoge and Web App Server Installations".
I am getting the error in the attachment.

Tomcat 9.0 and Protege 4.3 setups were completed.

Hi,

We don't support Protege 4.3, that is OWL based and we use frames, can you install the version provided here please (which we can support) https://enterprise-architecture.org/os_download.php.

Please, install that then retry running the Essential installer - on the page you have shown in the screenshot, make sure you select the path to the Protege 3.5 version.

Try that and if that still shows the same result then let us know and we'll get the technical guys to help out

This sounds like either Tomcat isn't running or the Viewer web app can't be found.

Does the name of the Viewer web app match the URL?

For example, if your web app is called essential_viewer then the URL in Protege would be http://localhost/essential_viewer however if your web app is called essential_viewer_610 then the URL in Protege would be http://localhost/essential_viewer_610
