Multi-user install woes

Hi,

I've been having a real struggle getting the multi-user install working over the last couple of days:

Running Windows Server 2016
OpenJDK 14.01
Tomcat 9.35
MySQL 8.020
Protege 3.5

1. TOMCAT WAR FILES:
Silly question, but the link you provide for the Essential Viewer and Import Utility on the following page:
https://www.enterprise-architecture.org/os_download.php

Both download as ZIP files, both of which don't contain WAR files.

I've tried every which way (exported, renamed, etc.) to get them both working in Tomcat, to no avail.

Am I doing something stupid?

2. CONNECTING TO SERVER FROM PROTEGE
I'm at a stage where I have a running Essential AM service running in Windows. Use of the batch files to stop and start the server seems flaky, but that's yet another problem. When I connect to Protege and choose connect to server, I enter the hostname (localhost in this instance) username and password and receive a Not Bound Exeption and that most likely issue is that the protege server is not running.

Nothing in the log files other than: Not bound exception: localhost. Protege Is the Protege server started? -- ServerPanel.log()

Protege works OK in file mode.

Any help, gratefully received. Thanks.
