Hi,
I have an error while I try to update EMM 6.2 to 6.4 using the 6.4 upgrade EUP file in Protégé update tab.
Please find here the error screen capture and its corresponding printed error log.
Many thanks for any help.
Regards,
Gunther

Hi Gunther,
We have re-tested the EUP that is provided on our web-site in Protege and it appears to be OK. It may be that your EUP became corrupted when you first downloaded it and so it may be worth downloading it again and then re-trying.
However, given that you re currently on EMM v6.1.1, in order to upgrade to v6.4, you will first need to apply the 6.1.1 to 6.2 EUP and then apply the 6.2 to 6.4 EUP.
