Protege 3.5 (663) in windows 7 vs windows 2012 R2

we using protege in two environments, please find screenshot
menus/features like snapshot, integration and viewer not appearing in windows 7
anything we are missing?

any inputs? same is the case for Windows 10 as well. Tab to publish changes to the repository not appears in Win 10.

Hi,
It looks like the Essential Widgets haven't been installed. You'll need to download and run the Essential Installer and ensure Widgets and Tabs are selected from the list of available items.

When try to hit double click essential installer in windows 10, we get the following error.

Hi,
You need to rename the file from .install to .jar
