Issue with Import Utility

The issue I am having with the Import Utility is after I log into the utility, I get to the first screen but it has an overlay box with the text "Loading. Please wait." that never goes away.

Environment
Import Utility: 1.5.2
Apache: Tomcat 8.2
Server OS: Windows Server 2012
Desktop OS: Windows 7
Browser: Chrome 53.0.2785.116 m
Essential Architecture: 5.07
Java: 1.8.0_111

Hi,

A couple of things spring to mind. Have you set the memory settings for Tomcat to use at least 1.5GB?

The other thing is are you seeing any errors either in the Javascript console of Chrome (Chrome > View > Developer > Javascript Console) or the Tomcat logs (TOMCAT INSTALL FOLDER > Logs > catalina.out)?
