Hi
I am being asked by techies at my organisation if we can run the Essential Project clients (presumably Protege and Essential Widgets) in a Windows virtual environment (VMWare/XenApps etc). Please can anyone advise?
Thanks
Ian

Hi Ian,
we have successfully installed Essential software in VM Windows environments a number of times. Please note however, that we do not provide the installation as an "msi" that is often used for zero-management clients. There may also be security policies (e.g. access rights) specific to your environment that could affect the installation.
