Scroll Bar issue on Change Analysis View

Dear Team,
When I populate change analysis views with multiple records, i am facing horizontal scroll bar issue, as it is not showing in the bottom of the div.
After digging into the issue i found that when i set height:500px in the "sectionBasicTable" class of the div it is working fine. for more detail i am attaching screen shot for both.
It would be very helpful if you can let me know how i can fix it my installed solution.
