I have a multi user install on a single machine which I use for development and testing. Many multi user installs only ever exist on a single machine. I'd suggest you run through the install process and if you get any problems then post your questions here.

These slots do not exist in the current meta-model and therefore these are classed as a known bug with the view. We're reviewing the current bug list over the next few weeks and will try and put an update out shortly. This may either add the slots or remove them from the view.

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that we are now able to replicate this issue and have a workaround which I'll post shortly. We'll continue to investigate the problem and update the install guide once we fully understand the correct approach for this.

There are no views currently in the Support section. We've put this in place for future use. It sounds like you've restored everything back. It's also worth mentioning that you can restore to the default state by publishing from a v3 repository (even an empty one).

I think the 'essential_viewer.war' needs to be in the web apps folder. from there Tomcat should deploy the app and a folder should automatically appear called essential_viewer.
