Jonathan, I am still confused on what project needs to be converted to the database? Is it the metaproject.pprj or essential_baseline_v4.3.1.pprj? The confusion arises because both are Protege projects. I have already setup metaproject.pprj to point to right location of the essential_baseline_v4.3.1...
