Have you checked you technology product role class for the relatisonships between component and technology provider. You will probally find there is a relationship for everything shown as active / blue.

Just a suggestion. There were some % in some of the descriptions which the viewer took exception. Do a string search for %, &, #, which we never use and always remove unless the # is used in the color schemes.

I created the xml file in my root folder but I would suggest you put it in the user folder, which I do for all our custom reports. Mine is working fine so I assume that it is not finding the file in your case and you need to fix the link.

It's actually a very clever design. It means you can pre-create all of the Capability's and then add them to the applications as required. That way you have a full list of avilable and you can use them for future architecture states.

You shouldn't be entering a name. When you select the application provider protege will build the name. This is the case in most of the graphical classes. The name slot you are entering the Name into is really a relationship slot. Check out the details int eh clsinstance tab.
