Docker for the ESP

Hi,

Has anyone manage to create a docker for the Essential Project? We have been having a hard time to manage this platform and the project is grinding to a halt, so hopefully someone can share the docker image.

Scheduled import

Hi,

Can anyone share detailed instructions on how one can import data without going thru the import utility or the Protege tab? At a certain time of the day, we like to run a script or using the REST interface of the import util without human intervention.

Re: Essential v5 setup problems

Thank you for such details instructions. 1. The first problem disappeared after rebooting machine, so I does not know if the culprit is insufficient memory for Tomcat or not. I was also thinking it might be due to the fact that I have four apps running in tomcat ( the old and new viewer + import uti...

Hi, Is there anyway to use console command (in windows or Mac) do the import, instead of going thru the Import Utility or the Protege Import tab? I have written a R program to do some preprocessing and then output to an Excel spreadsheet, it will be good if I can incorporate the import script into m...

I have installed the latest software from the Essential Project, everything works fine, including the essential viewer, but when I tried the Import Utility to import the Example_Import_Spreadsheet, though it seems that it has completed the import, but in the end it generates an ZK java.lang.nullPoin...

Re: Import Utility login?

The login only works in Chrome, for Firefox it always throws me back to the login form again. I wonder if others have the same experience.
