Hi Christian, We are still having trouble recreating the character issue. A couple of questions.... Which browser are you using? Do you get the same issue in a different browser? Can you post a sample block of text here which is causing the problem (e.g. a description with some problem characters). ...

Hi Xiaoqi, Essential Open Source is supported on a best endeavours basis by the team. We need to balance this against customer demand from our commercial customers. Hi Thierry, Short answer, yes. Updates via API update the active repository but you need to republish for the changes to be reflected in the Viewer snapshot. We have do have a Publish API which you could use to automate the Publish frequency. Reach out to the Essential Support team and they will get...

Hi,

This feature is not used so much these days as people prefer to use the Essential Import Utility.

We do have some legacy documentation which I can point you at:

Re: Diagrams Not Showing In Viewer

Hi Gena,

My comment (back in 2013) was intended to indicate we would patch the documentation. We did do this as I can see the relevant lines in the View Manual for this view. The Org chart setup is usually a one time setup. Is this something else that you're having to work around.
