Re: [Help] Model opening error saying "Loading ontology changes..."

Hi,

This is unusual error.

Did you recently make any configuration changes, e.g., enabling Collaboration features?

Have you been running the Collaboration features?

Can you confirm you are using Java 8 with this installation?

Are you seeing any related database errors?

Let me know,

This sounds like you have overlapping fields. We have noticed this with some recent changes.

To resolve this, go to the forms tab (if this is not visible then you can enable in the "configure" menu) then drag that either of the overlapping fields to somewhere else on the page.

Re: No Strategic Plan Catalogue

Hi, Yes, you are correct. There is currently no strategic plan catalogue as the most common way to use these is in the context of a project or programme of work. I'll log this as a feature request. In the interim, I've put together a very basic one here which displays a list of plans and clicks thro...

Hi,

Re: Diagrams Not Showing In Viewer

Hi Gena,

My comment (back in 2013) was intended to indicate we would patch the documentation. We did do this as I can see the relevant lines in the View Manual for this view. The Org chart setup is usually a one time setup. Is this something else that you're having to work around.

Hi,

The preview spreadsheet functionality was removed in a previous release. We may need to update our documentation to reflect this.

Hi, You might want to start with Essential Launchpad which will provide you with a full spreadsheet and import specification for the most common aspects people capture. You can then copy and adapt it if necessary or just study the patterns for building your own. Just request Launchpad to import the ...

A Protege project consists of 3 files. *.pprj, *.pins, *.pont. Project, Instances and Ontology. All three are required. If I recall correctly, inside the PPRJ are references to the file names of the related PINS and PONT file. If you rename the files outside of Protege then this can break the relati...

Could you try changing the JDBC class drive name

Recent versions of the JDBC driver use a different name for the driver
