Jonathan,
Thank you for your reply.
I had all the basic elements in place. Once I got the correct relationships defined as per your explanation all was well.
I am still not quite clear when to Persist or leave unchecked for relationships.
Thanks. Rick

Modeling Applications- Information / Data
In producing report, View: Information/Data Summary for Application All sections but the Data Managed are populated. How do I populate this section? What is function of the 'persist' flag in this context? Also, it seems that the Documentation section has a lot of data that is not part of the report....

Re: How to model for Strategic Goals
Neil, In an associated topic : When printing the Business Performance Model, it would be much clearer if the Objective Type was listed. Currently I see Strategic Goals, Smart Objectives, Company Objectives mixed together without any visual way to separate the types. Unfortunately, I am not very good...

Neil, classifying an objective as "Smart Objective" completed the relationship.

How to model for Strategic Goals
To all, I seem to be missing something as I attempt to use the Strategic Goals catalogue. My goals are listed however, no Business Objectives, Driver, Org Unit, Measure / KPI. The associated report Business Objectives Catalogue is fully populated. I cannot seem to find a meta-model document explaini...

Re: PDF option: Landscape vs Portrait
Neil, Thanks for the response.
I was hoping to use the PDF to distribute the lists to other departments for verification that the modeling is correct.
Not everyone has access to the Web pages (or cares to look).
A PDF would have been easy to share.
Regards, Rick

Re: PDF option: Landscape vs Portrait
Neil, thanks for the instructions on configuration to Landscape. It works but leads to another issue. The columns that have line breaks in HTML do not have the same breaks in the Excel, PDF output. Example: Business Function Service Model, a Service may have may multiple Actors, Consumers and Suppor...

PDF option: Landscape vs Portrait
Some of the tables would render better if the PDF creator used landscape orientation rather than portrait.
Is there a means to control orientation? or 2 PDF buttons?
Thanks, Rick

Cannot launch PDF in new 5.1 Viewer
Love the new viewer. Much more responsive.
The buttons for Excel, CSV all work as expected however when I press the PDF button nothing happens. The logs provide no indication of any issues.
I am using standalone version with TomCat 7 under Windows 7.
What is missing?
Thank you.

Information Representation:Missing slot
The report summary for Information Representation is trying to select slot physbusproc_to_appinfoview_info_delivery. I checked the sample repository to make sure I had not deleted the slot by mistake, but it does not appear there also. This slot is referenced by core_il_inf_rep_summary.xsl, line 74....

Process Managers
How does one model to have Process Managers appear on the reports?
I looked at the examples in the demo repository however the actors as Process Managers are not complete. It looks like the upload was missing some relationship.
Attached is a snapshot from Business Process Summary
Thank you, Rick

Sorry, I did not understand the need for that step from the documentation.

Where is the Essential Update tab?
Hopefully there is a simple answer.
Under Project, Configure, Tab Widgets I see my enabled tabs however, I do not see anything that says Essential Update.
The repository is 3.0.4
Please advise. Thank you.
