Using API to extract data - including our own added slots
Hi We are starting to test extracting data from Essential Cloud using API (previously we extracted data via CSV using the Class Extract view). Our developer is using the Core API for Applications (as an example). But within the Composite Application Provider class, we have added our own extra slots ...

Display name of an Enumeration type
Hi I have just started to use the new Application Dashboard view in Release 6.15 and found it very useful. A couple of questions: - Is there a way to show a different display name for the Enumeration class on the dashboard? So, if we prefer to call "Lifecycle Status" by the title "Str...

Group Actor Summary view in Release 6.15 - Process view
Hi I have just applied the updates for Release 6.15 and am testing the updated Group Actor Summary view. The basics work OK for me, as does the Application Usage option, but I cant understand where the data is coming from for the Processes option. On the top of the screen, the actual correct process...

User access to specific Portals
Hi
We have created 2 additional Portals, one for all users and one for those we want to have access to more powerful Views and Editors for updating
How can we easily set up security at the top level , so that users can be restricted from seeing the more powerful Portal?
Thanks for any guidance

• In the IT Asset Dashboard View, the Business Perspective part of the View only shows me Business Capabilities at 2 levels – we have a level below that, which is the key level to see application coverage against. Can the View show another level , or is it restricted to just 2 levels here. Is there ...
