Essential viewer 6.5 turned out to be in the same trouble with Jdk 11
I referenced the JAXB classes in the tomcat shared loader and that seemed to do the trick for Essential viewer.
However, it didn’t for the Import utility.
Openjdk8 indeed solved the problem.
