Server Connection Issue

Having an issue with connecting a client to the server. I have the server up and running. I can run Protege on the server and connect via 127.0.0.1 without an issue. When I connect from a remote PC, however, it times out. I've made sure that TCP 1099 is open. Are there other ports that are needed?
