Protege Server startup failure
Greetings, I'm having a Protege Server startup failure, from the log below it appears to indicate a couple of things. One is that it cannot find the SQL Server driver (which I am confused about as I just successfully had Protege create the essential repository in SQL Server), and the other thing I s...

Re: SQL Sever 2012 - JDBC Driver is not on the classpath
Thanks Jonathan, So as it turns out I got past the classpath error; I made the mistake of referencing someone's blog on the internet and as it turns out they had the classpath syntax as "com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver" instead of "com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDr...

Re: Problems stopping the Protege Server
Thanks Stepan,
I believe it was because the Protege server was not running, I'll know better once I start it and then try to stop it.
Thanks again,
David

Re: SQL Sever 2012 -
I should mention my parameters in the 'convert' panel are set to:
- Driver Class Name: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver
- URL: jdbc:sqlserver://localhost;databaseName=essentialdb
which looks right.

Greetings, I have seen variations of this topic but I can assure you my setup is correct, at least according to the documentation I've seen; I am stuck on step 14 of the Multi user install.
