ESSENTIAL INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT
This Essential Intelligence Platform subscription agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between the
organisation on whose behalf you are subscribing (“Your Organisation”) and ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE
SOLUTIONS LIMITED (registered in England and Wales with company number 04097721 whose registered office
is at Suite 428, 39A Barton Road, Water Eaton, Bletchley, MK2 3HW) (“EAS”).
BY SIGNING THE EIP SERVICE SUBSCRIPTION FORM THE PARTIES AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
IF YOU ARE ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF A COMPANY OR OTHER LEGAL ENTITY, YOU
REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO BIND SUCH ENTITY AND ITS AFFILIATES TO THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, IN WHICH CASE THE TERM “YOUR ORGANISATION” SHALL REFER TO SUCH ENTITY AND ITS
AFFILIATES. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH AUTHORITY, OR IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS AND
CONDITIONS, YOU MUST NOT SIGN THIS AGREEMENT AND MAY NOT USE THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
