This support pack will provide email, telephone and web support for the initial installation and configuration of the Essential platform, as well as technical platform support.


Essential Support Pack 2

  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Type: Email / Telephone / WebResponse Time: within 48 Hours
  • Pricing: £7,500 / $12,000 / € 9,700

Designed for organisations who would need a 12 months technical platform support contract. This support pack will provide email, telephone and web support for the installation and configuration of the Essential platform as well as support for the installation and configuration of platform upgrades.


Essential Support Pack 3

  • Cover: Platform Support + Product Support
  • Duration: 3 Months
  • Type: Email / Telephone / WebResponse Time: within 48 Hours
  • Pricing: £7,500 / $12,000 / € 9,700

All the benefits of Support Pack 1 plus 5 days product support (including modelling support, view development support and integration support). The 5 days product support is calculated in 0.25 units providing organisations flexibility in the support they need. Great for proof of concept and project start-ups.


Essential Support Pack 4

  • Cover: Platform Support + Product Support
  • Duration: 12 Months
  • Type: Email / Telephone / WebResponse Time: within 48 Hours
  • Pricing: £16,500 / $26,500 / € 21,000

All the benefits of Support Pack 2 plus 10 days product support (including modelling support, view development support and integration support). The 10 days product support is calculated in 0.25 units providing organisations flexibility in the support they need.


Essential Support Pack 5
