I'm getting some dificulties in the installation

In step 5, when I define the installation folder I get the message "The file or directory you have choosen does not exist or is not the apropriate"

In the last step it says that it cannont find the file essential.properpies to copy

PS I'm running the file essentialinstall506.jar. Do I need to copy the files inside it to a folder?

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you on this. We've done some investigation to try and identify the cause of the issue.

We weren't able to replicate the issue and the installer makes no reference to a file called essential.properties. The installer does copy a file called protege.properties but we can confirm that this file is present and correctly configured in the installer.

The essentialinstall506.jar is an executable JAR file which should start a wizard like installer to step you through the install process. There should be no need to copy files manually.

If you have any further information you can provide then we'd be happy to look at this again.
