Hi,
I'm just starting our with Essential AM and have installed in a multi-user environment the server components. I'm now trying to install the client side of things but when I run the install I get a abort with the following error:

ZeroGu6: Windows DLL failed to load

I'm running java 1.7 update 51. Is there a reason why this is happening?

TIA

Can you be a little more specific about when you're getting the error.

Is it when installing / running Protege?
Is it when installing / running the Essential JAR file?

Are the server components on the same machine or a different one?

Thanks

Neil

Also, is this with Protege 3.5?

I am running into exactly the same problem. I am trying to install Protege on a windows 2008 R2 server and Protege crashes during installation. The server is running WIndows 8.x

It seems to me that Protege isn't supported on Windows 8.x environments....but I could be wrong.
