Re: Programe Plan View - Out f memory error
When I attempt to check and uncheck the Plan check box, the following error appears "Out of memory at line: 2674" Any help on this is appreciated. That's undoubtedly a memory error with tomcat. You should increase its dedicated memory. Locating the tomcat log (catalina.out) may help in id...

Re: Feature: add supertypes (indirect types) to reportXML.xml
Let me answer your second post first. What you are doing makes perfect sense and will work just fine with the current implementation of the XML - without the inheritance unfolding. However, this approach would stop working and I think this is what you are saying. Right. And I also think you are on ...

Jonathan, Hi Jean-Marie, I like the term "inheritance unfolding"! :) Please set me straight if I've misinterpreted what you are describing! That's OK. I'm basing this on this Protege FAQ - I have to say that I have not experimented with how it's implemented in Protege. Mmm, the FAQ says th...

Re: Feature: add supertypes (indirect types) to reportXML.xml
A quick follow up on this. We have completed the experiments that we discussed and the addition of the class inheritance tree to the XML snapshot was simple to code and although it does increase the amount of XML being generated, we felt that this was acceptable - especially in terms of the payback...

This is not a problem with the encoding of ths xsl files but a problem with the encoding of the html output.
As I understand the xsl standard there is no causal relation for file encoding between xsl files and their output.
